"With 25 years of experience in the IT industry, my background has always been about delivering services that help customers succeed. I come from a service-driven environment where customer success is at the heart of everything I do."

 

At Unit4, I have the privilege of leading the Education team, where our focus is to build an impactful learning journey that empowers customers to unlock the full potential of our solutions.

Education is not just about knowing how to use software—it’s about making sure customers can realize value quickly, optimize their workflows, and drive better outcomes within their organizations.

We’re at the beginning of this journey, but the investments we’re making now will redefine how our customers engage with learning at Unit4."

What inspired you to focus on education, and what led you to Unit4?

"I’ve always believed that knowledge is one of the most powerful tools for driving success. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how equipping customers with the right knowledge at the right time can transform outcomes, helping organizations adopt technology faster and maximize their investment.

Unit4 presented an exciting opportunity to build something transformative. While our transformation of the customer education journey is still in its early stages, the commitment to improvement is clear.

How does Unit4’s education approach benefit customers?

"Right now, our focus is on elevating customer education by creating structured learning paths that provide the knowledge customers need, when they need it. The goal is to reduce Time to Value (TTV), allowing customers to confidently use our products and see the impact on their business sooner.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all training, we’re building education into the customer journey, offering a mix of e-learning, live sessions, and hands-on experiences that meet different learning styles.

We know there’s work to do, but the investments being made in education will ensure that customers get a more seamless, engaging, and effective learning experience."

How does customer feedback influence the education roadmap?

"Listening to our customers is at the core of our education strategy. We’re committed to doubling down on customer feedback in 2025, making sure our learning programs address real challenges and align with how customers prefer to learn.

We’re also strengthening collaboration with our product teams to ensure education keeps pace with product updates and evolving customer needs."

The road ahead—Unit4’s vision for learning

Where is customer education heading, and how is Unit4 preparing for it?

"Learning is shifting towards greater flexibility, personalization, and accessibility. Customers want bite-sized, just-in-time learning that fits into their daily workflow—whether it’s through interactive microlearning, AI-driven recommendations, or community-driven knowledge sharing.

Unit4 is embracing this shift. We are investing in innovative learning solutions, including more structured learning journeys, gamification, and our new University4U platform, which will provide customers with integrated, easy-to-navigate learning experiences.

Education shouldn’t feel like an extra task; it should be seamlessly woven into the customer experience."
